The bearing shows late fault characteristics to show serious failure (normal surface bearing damage, such as shaft, combustion, sand cracking, roller path, ball wear, etc.) for no more than a week, and the equipment is larger, faster, and shorter the interval. First, we must say that keeping the bearing lubricant clean and tidy is very tight.

Therefore, before checking the outer spherical bearings, clean the outer surface of the bearings, and then remove the parts around the bearing. Everyone should pay attention to, the oil seal is a very weak part, because in the inspection and disassembly should be especially careful, do not try too hard, so as not to cause parts damage. The lubricating oil is very sealed, not only for the surface bearings of the outer ball, but also for all imported bearings. Then carefully check the oil seal of the bearings and surrounding parts. If the adverse symptoms already occur, the changes must be made easily. Bad oil seal will cause bearing damage, and the bearing cloud will be abnormal and the facility will be closed. We feel that the surface bearing of the outer sphere is expressed as a failure at the beginning of the cycle. When lubricating the surface bearing of the outer ball with a new engine oil, refill the new engine oil, and if the old engine oil is dropped, rotate at a low speed for a few minutes. Apply a little lubricant between the two fingers. If there are pollutants, you can feel it. Or put a thin layer of lubricating oil on the other side of the palm and seal the lamp. Therefore, in the actual bearing fault diagnosis, once the late fault characteristics is detected, we should not hesitate to judge the bearing fault and try to speed up the speed of resettlement inspection and repair.
